The "Elion Villa" has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one of which has hydromassage. The living room is very large and measures approximately 200sq.meters. There are two fireplaces in the house - one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The villa has air condition and heating, TV and DVD player in every room. Each room also has magnificent views of the sea and the city of Volos. There is a parking facility for those who are travelling by car.

The villa has a lovely garden with a rich green lawn and along the verandas are garden furniture and sun beds, where you can take a seat and soak up the peaceful atmosphere and the wonderful panoramic views.
