ARHONTIKO PARISI - Lafkos, Pelion, Greece

There are so many beautiful towns and villages spread out all across the Pelion peninsula that visitors to this unique and magical region of Greece are truly spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing their destination.

The charming village of Lafkos, is one of immense beauty, and is located at an altitude of 330m, providing some spectacular views of the Pagasitic Gulf, the small island of Alatas and the coastal town of Milina.

Lafkos is an ideal destination for those visiting Pelion, and provides an excellent base from which one can venture out and visit some of the beautiful beaches along the Pagasitic coastline, as well as some of the other neighbouring villages and hamlets.

It is here in Lafkos that you will find the "Arhontiko Parisi", a beautiful traditional mansion that operates as a hotel, providing a great selection of comfortable and quality accommodation throughout the year.

The traditional mansion is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful selection of charming antiques and objects, creating an extremely comfortable and traditional atmosphere. The mansion is actually a "Protected Building" dating back to 1834.

All of the rooms at "Arhontiki Parisi" are nicely decorated and very comfortable. All of the rooms have central heating, and some also have air condition.

There is a lovely breakfast room, where guests can enjoy a rich, homemade buffet breakfast each morning. During the summer months, breakfast is served in the garden area, where one can enjoy the wonderful views of the blue waters of the Pagasitic Gulf.

During the cold winter months, our sitting room area is the ideal place to warm up, where we have our fireplace and atmosphere is very cosy and friendly.

Lafkos is a very traditional village, and no cars are actually allowed inside. There is a main car park facility on the main square, which is just 100 meters from the "Arhontiko Parisi".
