DROSERO AKROGIALI TAVERNA - Platanias, Pelion, Greece

The picturesque and peaceful fishing village of Platanias, located in the southern region of the Pelion peninsula, is an ideal setting for your relaxing and rewarding holidays. The village is one of great charm and beauty, with the colourful port, and charming array of shops, cafes and tavernas scattered all along the sea.

Platanias has a very nice beach - perfect for those hot summer months. It is one of the most popular of villages in Pelion, and is one that many visitors to Pelion head to.

Located right next to the sea in Platanias is the delightful "Drosero Akrogiali Taverna", a lovely traditional taverna, where you can enjoy a great selection of meals and cusine.

We serve a range of Greek cuisine, including some specialities that you will not find anywhere else. We have a great selection of fresh fish and sea food, all of which is caught by the local fishermen of the village.

We also have a tasty selection of salads, mezes, meat dishes as well as a choice of local wine or tsipouro that will perfectly compliment your meals.

We have tables right next to the sea, so you can have your meal and enjoy the lovely views stretching out over the blue waters of the Aegean.
