The Pelion peninsula, located on the eastern side of Greece, is a truly remarkable region of the country. All around Pelion are villages, coastal resorts and picturesque towns of all shapes and sizes. One such place is that of the traditional village of Agios Lavrentios. Located 20km from the city of Volos, and at an altitude of 600 meters, the village of Agios Lavrentios is one of immense charm and beauty. Having maintained its traditional colours and appearance, the village is one where the natural scenery blends together perfectly with the inspiring views of the Pagasitic Gulf.

It is here in Agios Lavrentios that you will find the "Hotel Dryades", which is located in a quiet and beautiful part of the village.

The Hotel consists of an old traditional mansion that dates back to 1860, as well as a newly built building. Combining stone and wood, the hotel is one that creates a very warm and cost atmosphere, and one where you can enjoy a traditional Pelion experience, with very comfortable and quality accommodation.

The traditional guest house consists of a total of 4 rooms, each with fireplace. Each of the rooms have their own character and colours and are beautifull furnished and comfortable.

The new building has a total of 14 rooms ( double, triple and suites ), each of which has been decorated with exceptional taste, care and respect to the Pelion traditions. With all of the modern comforts and amenities, the Hotel Dryades provides an ideal setting for your enjoyable and rewarding holidays here in Pelion.

The rooms all have TV, mini bar, telephone, hair dryer, bath tub, air condition, autonomy heathing and orthopaedic matresses. All of the rooms furniture is handmade by local workshops. The majority of the rooms have their own fire places. 2 of the rooms have hydro massage.

All of the rooms at the Hotel Dryades have their own balconies, from which you can enjoy some stunning and inspiring views towards the crystal blue waters of the Pagasitic Gulf.

We also operate our delightful restaurant, from which we offer a wonderful selection of tasty, freshly prepared cuisine. Our traditional mansion is called "Dryadon Tastes". At our taverna you can enjoy a wonderful selection of meals, including some traditional Pelion specialities. We also have a selection of local wines and tsipouro to compliment your meals. Some of our specialities include boubari, spetzofai and various meats with herbs cooked in traditional clay pots.
