KOUKOULEAKA COTTAGE - Milina, Pelion, Greece

The majestic Pelion peninsula is known throughout Greece for it's truly unique and inspiring setting. It is the perfect combination of sea and mountains, blending together creating a setting unlike any other.

From the mountainous villages scattered all across the peninsula, to the small coastal resorts and hamlets, Pelion is a place that has something for everyone, and a destination where you can experience wonderful holidays throughout the year.

Milina is a beautiful village by the sea with a wonderful view of the Pagasitic Gulf. Near this impressive village you can find quite picturesque beaches and bays with crystal clean waters. Koukoulaika is situated 3 km's south of Milina.

This unique and exceptional cottage is one of the only existing beach houses situated literally on the beach with almost no public access to the waterfront. The sandy beach in front of the house is in the Pagasiticos Gulf and it forms a small bay well protected by parts of the Pelion peninsula and the uninhabited island of Alatas.

This Beach cottage in Koukoulaika accommodates a family of 4 to 5 people with additional space outdoors.

The shallow safe and calm waterfront is ideal for sea recreations and boat anchorage with an abundance of Pelion coastal resorts, hidden beaches, islands and uninhabited islets for exploration.

The stone house contains a large bedroom and living area, open plan kitchen and dining room, sizable balcony with wonderful sea views literally on the water, bathroom, laundry unit and a furnished garden with a barbeque. It is car and boat accessible. Water front: 20 meters.
