CAMPING LOUISA - Platanias, Pelion, Greece

The unique region of the Pelion peninsula in Central Greece is one of the most naturally beautiful parts of the country. It is a place where the green of the mountains meets the blue of the crystal waters of the Aegean Sea and the Pagasitic Gulf.

With it's stunning coastline and exceptional beaches, Pelion is an ideal destination for your summer holidays in Greece. It provides a peaceful and tranquil setting in which one cannot help but to unwind and relax.

It is also a place where visitors can enjoy a huge selection of activities such as water sports, hiking, horse riding and much more. We can also organise fishing along the coast.

The natural elements that comprise Pelion make it an ideal place for those who enjoy camping, and getting first hand contact with nature. It is here in the coastal village of Platanias, at the southeastern tip of the Pelion peninsula, that you will find "Camping Louisa".

Our camp site is perfectly located in an extremely peaceful and beautiful part of the village. It is just 200 meters from the sea and the town of Platanias.

We have been privileged to have welcomed visitors to Pelion from all over the world, who have stayed at our campsite. Many of our guests have returned year after year, as though pulled here by the beauty, magic and charm of Pelion.

We can accommodate both tents and caravans at our fully equipped campsite, and have facilities for electricity and water. We also operate a cafe bar and small taverna where you can come and join us for a refreshing drink or tasty meal.

"Camping Louisa" offers a great deal of shade underneath the many trees that are found at our campsite. During the hot summer months, these trees provide a very cooling shade, as well as providing a very picturesque scenery. Our campsite is very secure and safe for those who are travelling with children.

We operate our campsite from April through until October, so if you are planning a camping trip to Pelion during these months, you can be confident that we will be here, waiting to offer you our warmest welcome.
