Beaches of Pelion


The Pelion peninsula has been blessed with some of the most beautiful and unique beaches in Greece. All around the coastline, you will find a wonderful selection of beaches, offering you the perfect setting to enjoy your summer holidays in Pelion.

With the blue waters of both the Aegean Sea on the eastern coast, and the Pagsitic Gulf on the southern part of the peninsula, you will never have too much trouble trying to find a beautiful beach.

There are sand beaches, as well as white pebble beaches. We are confident that you will easily be able to find the type of beach you are looking for.

There are many beautiful coastal resorts in Pelion, and many these have been awarded the "Blue Flag" by the European Union in recognition of their exceptionally clean beaches and water.

Afissos

In Afissos there are several beautiful beaches, with the most popular being those of Abovos and Kaliftheri, which are both soft sandy beaches.
