Perfecting combining the mountain and sea, Pelion is a holiday destination unlike any other, and is ideal for visiting any time of the year.

The picturesque coastal town of Horto, located along the coast of the Pagasitic Gulf, approximately 46km from the city of Volos, is a perfect example of the beauty and charm you will find in Pelion. Horto is situated amongst an olive grove that stretches all the way down to the beach. The rich vegetation and lush greenery make Horto a truly beautiful part of Pelion, especially during the spring and summer months.

It is here in Horto, situated in a very quite part of the town, right next to the sea, is where you will find "Zmas Rooms", from which we are delighted to welcome you to Pelion, and offer a charming selection of comfortable accommodation for your Pelion holidays and travel.

Just 50 meters from the main beach of Horto, our apartments are perfectly located for easy access to the main part of the town, as well as for those who wish to venture out and visit some of the other surrounding parts of Pelion. Our apartments are within our beautiful and colorful garden area, which is full of jasmines.

Our two apartments can comfortable accommodate between 2 - 4 persons. If you are travelling with family or young children, we can also provide a baby cot ( though we would need to know if you require this before your arrival ).

Each of our apartments have been carefully decorated and furnished, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartments have their own kitchen with fridge, satellite TV, WC, air condition and also private balconies where our guests can take a seat and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area.
