KOROPI - PELION ( PILIO ) - GREECE
This is a picturesque quiet hamlet by the sea, with the large sandy beach of "Boufa" surrounding the village. Koropi is 21km from Volos.
The green scenery goes all the way down to the beach and combines beautifully with the blue sea.
In the area of Ramnos, near to the main road, and the hamlet Zervohia is located the oracle of Apollo.
This is also near to Palaiopirgos, which is the ancient city of Koropi. This area is very famous for the agriculture of pears, especially the famous "Krystalia" pears.
