MIKRO - PELION ( PILIO ) - GREECE
Mikro is a small seashore hamlet with a beautiful golden sand beach and perfect water.
It is 57km from Volos and 7km from Lafkos. There are many rooms here available for rent and a selection of tavernas.
Mikro is neighbours with the coastal town of Platanias. From Mikro, you can follow a mountain path, that crosses along the coast, and takes you to Platanias. The walk takes about 20 minutes. There is also a sea taxi services that provides travel to and from Platanias and Mikro.
In Mikro you will find a lovely selection of tavernas where you can enjoy a tasty freshly preapared meal. There are also several cafe bars where you can take a seat and enjoy a drink as you look out towards the blue waters of the Pagasitic Gulf.
Mikro has one of the most beautiful beaches in Pelion, and during the summer months, visitors from all over Pelion head here to enjoy the fine sand beach and blue crystal waters. There are also several rooms to let and accommodation operating in the resort.
