Paou Village in Pelion
Paou is a beautiful small hamlet right by the sea that is 45km from Volos and 5km from the village of Argalasti.
Before you arrive at the beach you can visit the Byzantine monastery of Agios Nicoloas, which is located near the large olive groves, which flourish in the area. Paou offers beautiful scenery and a lovely beach for swimming.
However, if you like a lively nightlife, as Paou is relatively quiet, you will need go to the nearby village of Argalasti.
The region of Paou is an ideal place in Pelion to head to if you would really like some peace, and with the lovely surroundings, Paou offers you exactly that.
